"It was quiet & clean atmosphere"

"The first few times I used them they were great they picked up and delivered right on time. The last two times they did not pick up or deliver in the time frame they said they would deliver in. The last time it was hours late and this time they still haven't picked it up. Even though I received a confirmation of my order with the pickup time on it. When I called the store to ask why my laundry wasn't picked up and the answer was "I don't deal with that I don't know what to tell you"."

"My 17 year old son went here to do his laundry and he stated the lady was very rude to him when he asked how to use machine “ You know how to drive but not use a washer machine”. So when I t was time for him to dry his clothes I went in and pretended not to be with him. So my son asked “excuse me how do I start the dryer “ she said “ how ever you want” He said no what button all the letters were worm off. This lady stated to my child “I dont think you should be working a machine if you ask questions like that”. I said Maam who are you talking to that was very rude and you are here to help people. She told me look I just got out of jail and I said what does that mean? I asked for the managers name and number and she told me its on the outside door. I have never met someone so rude and nasty!!! Never again"

"It's a really nice size place but I'm guessing it's the owner who's on your but about how many quarters you should put in the dryer, tries to direct you to the washers and dryers he thinks you should use. Definitely don't forget any clothes in a washer until the next day because he'll put them in the dryer and tell you you have to give him the money back to get your clothes even though you didn't tell him to dry them"

"It an older woman who works here she is EXTREMELY RUDE. I came to drop off my laundry she gave me terrible attitude to the point where I dragged all my stuff back to the car and went elsewhere smh ! She told me quote “it’s too early for all that” when I asked her if I should go she then told me “Well you already here now” like what ?! Yea so I took my business elsewhere. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend to anyone, not for drop off service anyway."
