"This place use to be good now almost every employee are unprofessional. Only the manager still maintains professionalism. Today they closed at 6 pm and they were supposed to stay open until 11pm. They should change the hours to close at 10 pm on other days because they locking the doors and preparing to close at 9pm but the sign says last wash at 9 pm. The employees at this place are allowed to do whatever they want and close whatever time they want to. I called corporate a few years ago and they wouldn't even return my call then. The lights were turned off while my clothes was in the dryer at 9:30 pm."
