"Several machines are out of order and you can't tell until you loaded it and try to put money in. People are hoarding rolling baskets... literally one couple is doing work laundry and they have 2 carts with one just holding their detergent bottle. The window sign said air conditioned but it is definitely not and it's 90* outside today. People pull up to the curb, ignore the no parking sign, and half of them left their vehicle there in front of the door the entire time they were here. The (working) machines are new-er. Several brand new looking dryers. I ran 3 loads in the same 3 machines and 2 of them took a good 15 minutes longer than the 3rd, and the timer said 7 minutes for at least 10 minutes. Everything takes quarters, which is fine, but clumsy, and the reason Several dryers are out of use... there's coins visibly jammed in the slot. It got the job done but it's definitely not the 4.5 star place I thought it would be by the other reviews."

"Owner is friendly, helpful. Place is clean. Lots of machines...but, Quite a few "out-of-order". There are "change machines"---great. Washers, dryers taking cards would be Most helpful. I loved lots of tables, inside, outside to Use....for seating, folding laundry. Detergent, etc available by vending Machine. I like this place; my washer is not Working....I will be back. Highly recommend."

"The staff was very helpful. She told me how many quarters I would need to dry the load of whites . What dryer to use which I was grateful. I'm a newbie at laundry mats . Lol It was very clean."

"I only go here a couple times a year, but when I do, the place is always clean and not over crowded. The attendant is friendly and helpful. My laundry comes out clean and the dryers work well."
