"They always do a great job of laundering and dry-cleaning. They always have the clothes done on time and are courteous. They also perform alterations and repairs in site. I'm surprised the other reviewer questioned their honesty. I saw the owner explaining to a customer why some alterations he inquired about were not necessary. She could have easily just accepted his money, but instead she did the right, and honest, thing."
"They were good until cought them double charging me when I brought 3 months of receipts showing I paid at drop then again pick up..cought on after a few months something off it wasn't every time but I pulled all my receipts when i had 100$ bill.. went in there with proof added up to 500$ just bout.. lady told me get out...mind you I didn't go looking for confrontation either now 3 months havnt been but today had get boss dry cleaning and she act like wasn't there 2 supposed attempts to search computer told no more get out...nasty.. Advice don't pay in advance and keep all receipts"
