"I'll be finding a new Dry Cleaner, and will warn everyone about this place. I've been trying to pick up pieces for over a week now. Their website has one set of hours, the sign on the door says another and the door is locked regardless. I'm sick an tired of driving here with the expectation they'll follow the schedule they post. Couple that with the fact that my stuff smells exactly the way it did when I dropped it off. Screw you guys! Inconsistent hours, quality, services. I'm done."

"DO NOT GO Very rude people there. They are nice until you have an issue with them. I got my pants dry cleaned and the hem was undone because of it. I asked them to fix it and they keep giving me a hard time and have no respect for a long time customer."

"I'm a long time customer and normally have great service and interaction with staff. I recently had the worst experience with a young female, who when I asked to speak with her manager, claimed to be the manager. She was one of the rudest people I have encountered."

"I run a Domestic Violence Safe house and was moving someone in and had all the bedding dry cleaned under the assurance it would be ready in a Tuesday and when I went to pick it up they made a mistake . Never raged the items and they weren't cleaned . I was Going out of town and the client had to sleep on another blanket and not have sheets for a week! When I asked them for a discount did our troubles - the manager COULD CARE LESS! Even after nicely explaining to her that I was a long time customer and any discount just to show they care about their customers would be appreciated - she said NOPE- HAVE A NICE DAY and hung up . Wow! They could care less if they lose customers and how their mistakes can cause damage !"

"They used to be very good before the new owners took over about a year ago. Now they totally suck. Doesn't matter how reasonable their prices are or that they are environmentally friendly, if your suit comes back full of wrinkles what is the point? I wish I could give negative scores..."
