"Clean, lots of dryers & washers that work. Crowd ebbs & flows depending on when you come. It can get packed fast some days! Other days, it's a ghost town. People on here complain too much. This laundry place is the best around the area & close for a lot of people in Maple Shade! No laundromat is going to be perfect. You want perfect laundry? Go home or to a family/friend's unit you can borrow. There's an ATM inside (with a fee), free parking, & drinks for sale along with soap/dryer sheets/stain remover for sale."

"Dryer burnt my comforter and throw blanket. I had used 2 of the biggest dryers that they had to split up 2 comforters and then added a small throw blanket in with one of the comforters which my dryer at home can handle no problem, but it is in the process of getting fixed so I came here. I paid over $20 to wash and dry my bedding and when I showed the man who was working that it burnt my comforter and singed my throw blanket, he told me I used the dryer incorrectly. He said I should have been rotating the comforters more often.. I was rotating them every 5 minutes as the cycles ended. The man was rude and condescending when I politely suggested putting an out of order sign on that dryer to prevent others from having the same issue. My throw blanket is no longer usable and will be getting donated to the animal shelter, but I guess my guests can use a discolored comforter for the time being :("

"I was a loyal customer here years ago so when I needed to do some bedding I came back. The place had really changed. The man working there was rude and not at all helpful so when I accidentally pushed the buttons for the wrong dryer i asked if I could have my 75 cents back he just said no your mistake and walked away. Also there was a washer that would do both comforters but when I asked where the large capacity was he guided us to 2 small. We could have saved $6 bucks by using the 1 large capacity. I'll never return. The prices are outrageous too boot and the dryer did no better than mine at home in drying a comforter. So I spent $6 in a dryer that didn't do the job I needed"
