"This was my first visit to this location, and actually my first visit to any laundromat. So with the difference in the machines, I needed to ask a few customers for assistance, and everyone there were very helpful. While I was there Dave who worked there, showed up. And overall, was very helpful to everyone, including the two kids there with their mother. While he was taking care of the aspects that he was working on, he interacted with everyone there, even me. Long story short…I know too late, for my first time, everything went really well. You can see and feel the family feel in the location. I went out of my way to that the two ladies that were very helpful as well asking Dave his name and all, so I could make sure that I had his name for this review. Overall, pricing and access was great, and I will be back. Thanks. E-d."

"I visited the Stratford laundromat today. Different sizes of washers are available based on your load. you can pay using coins or using the PayRange application, which is very convenient. The place had Wi-Fi but I didn’t get a chance to try it. Loved the book sharing corner. Having a vending machine also adds to the convenience. Also met Dave who was doing an amazing job to keep the place clean. I will definitely be a returning customer."

"So I've experienced plenty of issues at laundromats in the past. Always at least 1 broken machine, even with only a few available, horrible service, et cetera. One day at Stratford I ended up with a detergent issue where the machine overflowed, and unfortunately, my items got super soaked. I realized it was likely due to detergent remaining in the second-hand item & overdoing in the machine. I called the service number listed and immediately received some guidance. Best of all, a guarantee someone would come out to check on it. Now ordinarily that wouldn't mean much, but since I've seen the owner & the workers on premises, I trust it & low-and-behold it was soon fixed (I believe within the day). So though it was a bit stressful, laundry tends to be & I'm thankful it was addressed quickly & efficiently for other customers too, not just myself. Other messes & situations that come with the territory are also cleaned up pretty quick. The service workers are very thoughtful too. (Side note: it's a generally welcoming place, doesn't just feel as consumerist as many other chain laundromats & franchises, I guess because it's local. Best way to put it: I feel like a regular person coming to do laundry there, not necessarily just a customer. The quality is definitely better & more reliable from my experience.)"

"Normally when I go in it’s clean and comfortable to clean your clothes. Due to a time crunch is the only reason why I stayed and washed/dried my clothes there. It was a lot of used dryer sheet around the place. Trash and spilled liquid on the floor. I guess the usual cleaning person wasn’t on duty. Later a guy comes in and cleans and he is talking on the phone talking very loud which made it more uncomfortable. I would like to see the place clean and comfortable again please!"
