"Had my wedding dress alterations done here, and it was amazing!!! She was able to pull everything in just right, adjust the straps and even did a 5 point bustle for my extra long train!! Super reasonable pricing and amazing quality work! My mom had her mother of the bride and sister had her bridesmaid’s dress done and everything came out perfect!!"
"I would normally never write a review especially a 1 star review but I feel it is necessary at this time. I took a bridesmaids dress to have the hem and straps altered. I was given a receipt at the time for $30. When it was time for pickup I was told it would be $90 via text. I thought it was a misunderstanding on the texts. Upon arrival I immediately ask for an explanation on the price increase. I was told a mistake was made, and the strap alterations were not included in my quote. When I question them asking “are straps $60?” I was told the hem is more than $30 and that was also misquoted. I then questioned how this situation could be remedied because I did not make the mistake. Almost immediately the two workers standing there started to scream at me while cutting me off and not letting me ask anymore questions or explain my issues. I was accused of wanting the alterations for free and of never making mistakes. If they would’ve just stop screaming at me, they would’ve understood that I had zero issues with the strap alterations not being on the quote and was willing to pay full price for that, but was not willing to pay full price for hem that I was quoted $30 for. All I was asking at that point was a discount on the mistake THEY made. Worse part of this is had they not been screaming at me and accusing me of things I would’ve had zero issues paying the full $90. I understand it was a formal gown and they are expensive to altered. I went in there with the intent of getting a full explanation on the price increase so I could better understand why $60 extra was added to my bill. Needless to say I will never be stepping foot in there again due to lack of respect and the ability to communicate professionally with customers. Because in the end no customer should be screamed at for asking questions about a service they received."
"I go there for dress and suit fittings for the kids (baptism, holy communion). They are wonderful. Great at what they do. Very professional and fair priced."
"Ria always treats me like family, and personally caters to my needs. She does good tailoring work at a fairly reasonable price, too. Her partner, "Didan" (who primarily handles the dry cleaning and laundry aspects of the business, with the outside contractor who handles the work) is also very nice. Like any garment cleaner who does not have their own plant in-house, there are occasional issues. But Ria and Dinan do their best to resolve them and take care of their customers! The overnight drop box is also a great added feature as you are able to drop things off at ANY time which works best for you! My suggestion is just to bag and clearly label whatever you drop off using the lock box, so you ensure a smooth and accurate experience. Please give them a try, as I know you will be taken care of, and your needs will be met!"
