"Took 2 pair of scrubs in to be taken, he wanted to charge 20 per pair! After I told him it was outrageous, he decided he would do me a “favor” and charge me 15. When they were done the stitching was everywhere and the thread was falling apart. By then, it had already been a couple weeks and I wanted to be done with it, so I didn’t say anything. A month later the band snapped and there were holes where the stitching was supposed to be. I took it back to him, he wanted to charge me another 20 dollars! I refused! He agreed to do it for free, when I came back he accused me of lying and said that I had it done at another place and wanted free work from them! DO NOT GO!"

"This place is great and I have been taking my clothing items here for years. They are always so sweet to my family and wish us well. They have altered dresses, fixed clothing items, and I have had many articles cleaned here. I moved to Jersey and still use her if I need something."

"I took my winter coat in. I asked for a tear by the zipper to be fixed and a new zipper pull put on. I paid $25 and picked up the cost with neither issue fixed. When I told this to the attendant she said they couldn’t fix those things. So my zipper clearly wasn’t replaced. I’m really not sure that was done at all. The lady refused to give my money back. She acted like she didn’t understand what i was saying or why I wanted my money back. I took dry cleaning also and it was very expensive. I want to support local businesses, but not when the service is so poor and the prices so high. $60 for a new zipper (that didn’t occur) and dry cleaning 2 spring jackets and a sweater."
