"This place is by far the worst when it comes to the machines, prices and customer service. I’ve been here a handful of times and on every single occasion was met with nothing but unprofessionalism and rudeness on a whole different level. The places closed at 11 pm every time I’ve gotten here by 9;45 to be yelled at by this lady that works here saying I can’t wash cause she wants to go home to here kids “ if I want to come late I should pay for her babysitter. Ohh and washer took my money and wouldn’t work, refused to refund and tried telling me it’s not my card . This place is horrible!!!"

"Editing my review because the owner came in afterwards and put free time on my dryer since it took forever to dry after the whole issue below so that was really nice I came here because it's never crowded so figured I'd be in and out, well now i know why its never busy. First off I loaded my washers and put detergent in them, one of the washers wouldn't start. The one lady that works there doesn't know English so you have to talk to her through Google translate which I honestly didnt mind. She didn't want to replace my laundry detergent so she got the machine to start. As my clothes were rinsing, the machine started leaking so she forced the door open and then it was damaged so I had to switch to another washer. She then told me she couldn't start the new washer for me or refund me today so I had to wring the clothes out over a bucket and put them in the dryer. Needless to say I'll never be back lol"

"Doing laundry here was convenient but it's not worth the hassle and wasted money. I rarely carry cash which their card machine only accepts so I have to go through the owner each time. Everytime I ask her to put $20 on my card so I can get the $2 bonus advertised. Should be simple enough. For some reason she always does 19 and I don't realize until I don't have enough to dry my clothes. I specifically tell her $1 for the card and put $20 on it please. I never bother her about it being wrong everytime and having to leave, find an atm, and get more money everytime. The one time I try to clarify before this happens she was ignoring me until my card was charged as usual so this time I hit the table to get her attention since she couldn't hear me behind the glass, she then got an attitude but said I was angry, finished charging my card the wrong amount, and said to go elsewhere to put more money on it. Then kept saying she has me on camera like I'm a criminal. That will be my last time going to that establishment."

"A small, but clean and quite luandromat. Machines work well and there is usually someone on staff there."
