"Be nice to the lady who works here. She is almost always there without a day off. I like coming here. There are always enough washers and dryers. You get free drying. You buy the card for $5 and put cash on it at the Laundromat. You use the card to pay for washing and drying machines. If you put a chunk of change on your card, you get bonus dollars. I racked up $30 worth of bonus dollars and didn't even realize it because the machine you use to add cash to your card shows your bonus dollars, but the washing machine doesn't show it when you swipe it. I kept adding money $20 at a time for a month or so and racked up a chunk of bonus dollars without realizing it! Sweet! Came in handy the week I was broke."
"Prices are reasonable, the owners are super nice, and they keep the place clean. But a lot of the washers/dryers don't work. I would only recommend coming here if you live close if you drive go somewhere else respectfully."
"The lady that runs this joint is SUPER nice and helpful. As far as the place itself.....always smells peculiar and has about 7-10 broken machines. I only come her out of convenience. Not impressed at all!"
"This place is very clean and the attendants helps you when you need them to. I have never had any problems with them at all. The washer are are clean and they make sure you can get a dryer when your washer finished.You just have to get there early in the morning before the other people start coming in after 11:00oclock that’s when it gets crowded."
"The woman that washes the clothes at this establishment is so incredibly rude. If you ask for any type of special service she will give you major attitude because she says "she already knows". I thought good customer service was treating the customer like a guest not like an inconvenience because they simply reminded her that they don't like fabric softener. Also, she overcharges whatever she feels like it for washing the comforters instead of a set price list. So, I got charged $8 for a comforter when I should have been charged $5 and she's very insulting. She will tell you with no problem not to come back just for asking a simple question. My suggestion is that you try one of the many other laundromats along Rising Sun Ave."
