"This owners of this establishment are fraudulent scammers. My husband brought a brand new Ralph Lauren shirt to get altered on 11/3/23. He went to pick the shirt up the next day and the sleeves were way too short as if they didn't take his measurements. They were told it was for his mothers funeral so they felt bad and said they would fix the shirt and we can pick it up on Sunday. We had my brother pick the shirt up as we were running around for the funeral arrangements and when he dropped it off to us the Ralph Lauren horse was not on the shirt. Yes you guessed it they tore the tag off the original shirt, sewed it to a $20 shirt and tried to make us believe it was the same shirt. Well the original shirt was at the cleaners torn to pieces. We asked for the money back for the shirt and alterations and they refused we had to get the police involved and threaten with small claims court in order to be refunded. The male in the store lunged at me trying to snatch the shirt out my hand. I will never give these low life's another ounce of business. No integrity or care for anyone. No apology nothing."
