"Been giving this place a chance for the last 6 months. After the first visit, the service has been inconsistent. I request Tide, they use cheap detergent on my clothes. The lady lied to my face. I told her how I wanted my clothes washed and folded after complaining and she promised things would get better. Unfortunately it has gotten worse. To add insult to injury, she demands a tip BEFORE rendering service. Every time I tip, I go home to find out my clothes aren't how I asked. That's deceitful and I want my tips back!"
