"I can’t express how happy I am with the services!!! My daughter went to prom May 17th. She had a custom dress made in china which shipped to us very late. Of course the dress was too big smh lol but I had come across the seamstress some months ago but wasn’t able to bring my garment in at the time, so when her prom dress needed to be altered I knew exactly where to go. The dress basically needed to be redone and asap! Taken in on both side .. top lifted.. front and sides hemmed.. We came to the shop May 14th and the dress was done and looked FABULOUS on May 17th! Thank you so much again and if you need alterations this is your place!"

"Kim's is the only place we ever use for alterations. Not only is she spot on with sizing every single time, she is SO quick and has come through for us in a pinch many many times. I can not recommend her more highly. The photo attached, my daughter's dress came 3 days before the sneaker ball at her school and was SO wide on her. Kim had it back to us with a 48 hours turn over:)"

"Firstly, I would like to note that Kim is a very nice woman. Her doing walk-in appointments and being open until 7pm is very convenient. I went in for a bridesmaid dress alteration. She did three alterations on my dress total, but the front came out wrong. The pleats in the left side of my dress came out crooked. When I came back to show her, she said nothing was wrong and it looked fine. The right side looks nice but the left side is wrong. I will have to have my dress fixed a day before the wedding by someone else because she didn’t think the pleats were crooked. She was late with getting my alteration done after having my dress for over two weeks. The hem was also a bit too long and she told me to wear higher heels to make it look better. The rest of alterations came out well however. It was a size too big for me and she made the top fit well. I just wish she would have corrected the pleat issue."
