Adam's Run Dry Cleaner 6201 North Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19120

"I brought my garment to Adam’s Cleaners for a thin silver zipper replacement on a WOMAN’S pair of jeans which was still attached. Picked it up on Weds. 6/12/24 and they replaced it with a thick wide brass zipper that appeared to be used for a construction worker’s type of jeans. I said “why would you replace it with a thick wide brass zipper?” The male tailor said very loud, rude and unprofessional that “ I should’ve told him that I wanted the same color & type of zipper.” I said “you didn’t take my request the women who works the counter did.” Again loud and rude he said “the zipper good and walked away.” I wouldn’t recommend this place for any tailored clothing. The work is very sloppy! This was my first and last time using this business!"

"Brought a dress in with a small stain on the midsection. I brought this to the attention of the owners first, and then checked my dress in for pick up later that week. Came to pick it up and the stain was still there. I was told that they were unable to get it out because of the type of stain it was. I was very disappointed because they could have told me that before I checked in my dress. If they knew they wouldn't be able to get it out then why not tell me that beforehand before taking my money or provide a full refund once that was realized. Overall, not satisfied with the service at all and will not be using them in the future."

"If I could share 0 stars I would! I will never bring any of my garments to this cleaners. I gave them a suit & specifically indicated there was a stain that needed to be removed. The stain obviously wasn’t even touched, thus I asked for a charge ONLY for the cleaning & not the stain removal. Management decided to be loud, boisterous & unprofessional. This establishment is all about making the money and not about quality. Place your precious garments at this cleaners at your own risk."
