"My clothes are never cleaned. They come back pressed with double creases and dirty as they were when they went in. I never thought there would be a market for a sub-par business that would prosper as much as you do. You guys are horrible, not the counter people though. I've been trying you long enough to evaluate your service, even had a store issued payment card. At this point if you wanted to make amends I would not accept it. It shouldn't come to this. The only way I would come to you is if I wanted my clothes pressed or they were already cleaned. That's right I'm okay with a double crease if my clothes are clean. Any Garment Cleaners got everything cleaned up and looking great. They took special care of all the badges and small pieces like hats and gloves. I was very happy with the work they did and my grandpa would have been happy to see his uniforms all cleaned up as well."

"I have tried to patient with this place, but they are the worst dry cleaner I have ever dealt with. The garments come back looking worse than when they went in. These people don’t even have a basic understanding of how to hang the garments on hangers so that they don’t end up all creased and wrinkled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I paid 50 dollars on my last visit and every single one of my shirts has to be ironed by hand by me. They don’t even look like they were cleaned."
