"I have used Bobby Schorr Cleaners for many years and couldn't be more pleased! The owner is so sweet and brightens my day every time I go there. I have used them personally for alterations and dry cleaning and I also use them for dry cleaning and altering lab coats for the company I manage."

"My family and I have been using these dry cleaners for years. A week ago I dropped off a brand new skirt (unworn with the tag still attached) and requested a small alteration of having the slit on it sewn 3 itches. I picked the skirt up a few days later, paid $30, and brought it home. I inspected the alteration upon picking it up, but did not look at the entire skirt. When I got home, there was a gaping hole in the original side stitch of the skirt (not the alteration). When I brought the skirt back and requested this hole to be fixed, I was told that the hole was my fault (even though the skirt was brand new and did not have any defects when I originally dropped it off to them for the alteration). Then when picking it up today I was cursed at and forced to pay for the mistake they made. When I requested to inspect the skirt prior to paying, it was snatched out of my hand and I was berated by both the owner and his wife. Terrible customer service and an incredibly upsetting experience after being a loyal customer for years."
