"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Seriously NO STARS would have been a better option. I went to get a jacket altered (taken in at waist and let down sleeves) and she said "I think it looks good the way it is" and it might be too tight if I wore something heavy underneath. I told her I know the blouse I was wearing with it and I would like it taken in ( I am 5' 10 and 130 lbs.) . She repeated about the thick clothing underneath and would NOT do it! I think the material /pattern was beyond her expertise but she would not say that. Unbelievable!"

"I fix one hem for each of the two pants, the receipt they gave me shows $15 total. When I picked up, they charged me $30 for each which is $60 total. When I confirm, they then said it should be $15 each and total is $30. So they charge very randomly. After I got home and checked, I found one pant was damaged. They denied and were very rude. Also the clothes processed by this store have very strong smell."

"In my experience, the owners are pretty honest people. Two years ago, I came back from Paris with a luxurious, lamb fur jacket. My mom dropped it off at their store. When I came to pick it up, it still smelled bad (bad smells are notoriously difficult to get out of fur). I told the store owner, and he told me he would rewash it. I had to leave town to go back to where I work and asked my mom (who lives in Plainsboro) to pick up the coat for me. The pandemic happens, and I don't go back to Plainsboro for 2 years. When I return, I find the coat has shrunk to the size of a kid's coat and is super stiff. AKA: it's completely ruined. I went back to the store yesterday and explained the situation to the owners' daughter to see if there was anything they could do. They felt really bad, but they also said it has been 2 years, which is too long. However, all 3 of the owners (mom, dad, daughter) remembered my specific jacket and decided to give me some compensation. We were all wearing masks, but the daughter even remembered who my mom was. I really appreciate their understanding and willingness to better a situation. I'll be returning as a customer and so will the rest of my family. Thank you Klean King Kleaners for being fair!"
