"Who would even give this laundromat any stars at all? I just got my clothes stolen out of a washing machine and the Haitian lady started yelling at me after I asked to see the cameras.. VERY UNHELPFUL! I have to bang the machine for the quarter to get into the machine. I understand that everyone needs a job.. but why not leave someone in here that can actually understand English so they can help with customer service."
"machines are not good especially the dryers. owners open up then leave for hours. today they had a sign up stating that both quarter exchange machines were down (they still use quarters) and still decided to leave the laundromat. so currently we are here waiting for someone to come back to give us quarters. i’ve been here since 9am and it is now 11:19 and still no one has showed up. this is ridiculous."
"Normally one of the best laundromats ever but today I had the worst experience with the Haitian lady That works there. I understand that the Laundromat closes at nine However, sometimes they will allow me to dry my clothes if it’s only like about 15 minutes or so left on it. The lady who I don’t know her name starts screaming at me, saying we close at nine we close at nine talking to me like I was I it only has two minutes left on it and the only normally I can try it. She was being really rude and treated me like I was stupid. I want to come back here when works because he actually knows how to treat customers correctly unlike her!"
"A good selection of machines of varying capacity, including one super deluxe jumbo machine! Remember to bring your "dryer balls" to make the process more efficient. 25cents/7minutes in the dryer seems to be the going rate these days."
