"Both my husband and I walked in to do some loads at 10pm and we're told by the staff that they were closed. Explained about what was on the door of their hours listed and what their website listed their business hours was till 11pm. Staff said they leave AT 11 but close for business at 10pm. We then had to reload all our clothing back EXTREMELY UPSET! NEVER AGAIN!"
