"I had a New Year’s Eve dress hemmed at this dry cleaners. It was a simple 1inch hem at the bottom of the dress. The gentleman told me it would be $38. I said fine and would pick the dress up the following week. When I picked the dress up he said he made a mistake and the hem cost $68. Now it’s 4 days before New Year’s Eve. I needed the dress back. The gentleman smirked at me because he knew I needed the dress and just repeated $68. Needless to say I paid for the dress and left. However I will not go back again as this was a pretty sleazy thing to do."
