"We have been disappointed again by this company. No one was available at the site when we dropped off our order, even though we asked for a specific time to arrive. They chose to deliver on their day when we were not around to check the order, instead of the day we chose. The order was incorrect and they said they would deliver and swap our their delivery mistake, then didn’t show. They claimed the driver left early and we needed to go to them and fix their mistake. This isn’t the first time we have had problems with this company, they have messed up order every year. We use them as a fundraiser and will no longer be using them in the future."

"EDIT: Greenhouse called to make it right. They replaced the plants in question and actually went out of the way to do so. Still not 5 stars because it shouldn't have happened in the first place and I still had to re-deliver all the fundraising orders. The end customers were delighted that their plants were replaced.t. A good measure of a business is how they react when things go wrong. Original: They messed up our order. The picture shows the plants they gave us. On the left is supposed to be a "Winter Rose". It's not. It's just a tiny red poinsettia. We had to take several of these otherwise I'd have nothing. This was for a fundraiser for our cheerleaders and the people that bought them from us were not happy. Also, they shorted us white poinsettias and also substituted with smaller plants that were red and speckled. I called to try and fix the issue and their response was for me to drive over to pickup what I should have gotten in the first place."
