"No one is there. One person opens and the same person closes, but that's it. If you have an issue with the machines, the number to call for support is disconnected. Washers have no temperature setting and there's no way to stop the machine after it has started (it automatically locks the door). Costs $5 for a single wash cycle."
"It's going downhill here unfortunately. Maybe it's the people who use it, I don't know? It's just not clean here! I feel like my laundry is not clean. There are a few machines on the one side that are new. The bedding or super large machines need replacing! When operating the belts are super noisy to the point that you have to get out of there, as it's annoying. They also smell of strong gas. I know the owner David is responsive if you lose change in the machines. Doylestown and Hellertown have cleaner facilities, they're just further to go to. It could really be great it was kept clean more often."
"I love this little laundry mat.... when it's not busy. The cheapest laundry place in the area. Machines are older, but work jut fine. They are pretty loud and rattly during their spin cycle. Very squeaky too. People are such slobs here and inconsiderate. They take up all the machines. The layout is poor and you often are asking people to move out of the way to get to your clothes."
"Went there to do a lot of laundry and blankets. Machines were large enough to accommodate my king size comforter. That machine was $6.25 and the smaller ones are $3.25. The dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes. The attendant was there and was very helpful with loading instructions. The place was clean, well lit and has front and back parking. The prices are on par for other laundrymats. It was not crowded. Wifi was not a problem- the problem is individual service providers- if you don't pay for the better phone plans, then you have a problem- bring a book. My husband had 4g so he played games. One down point was I didn't think the dryers got hot enough so they took longer. Otherwise, it's a nice, convenient place to do your laundry. I'm coming back with my blankets again."
"Ignore the older reviews!! I mean, it’s a laundromat not a five star hotel so while I’d love a bathroom or free WiFi, keep that in mind. It’s clean, my clothes get clean and dry (and cheaper than some other places I’ve been to), and it doesn’t take forever. I can usually get my laundry done in an hour, maybe an hour and a half depending on what I have to dry. While it’s not usually empty, it’s also never busy enough that you need to wait for a machine, which is awesome. I usually come at night and I see the entire place getting cleaned (wiped down with a disinfectant, swept, tidied, trash emptied, sometimes even mopped) nearly every time I’m there. Several washers were replaced with brand new ones and the dryers work just fine. A while back, I had an issue with a washer, called for help, someone (surprisingly) answered the phone, and the problem was resolved. Zero complaints."
