"This is the worst laundry mat ever for many reason! The old lady that works there should get a job that doesn’t involve working with people. She is rude and not nice. Apparently it’s a crime to ask if there is a restroom for a 3 year old child. Also the lady saw me put my clothes in the dryer for 60 minutes at 6:45 and I never realized they close at 7. I only went there because my sons flag football practice was close by. And when I came back at 7:40 my clothes were in a bag outside soaking wet. Like number one that 60 minutes cost a lot of money. And I ended having to go to a second laundry mat at 8pm with my child to go dry my clothes. In my opinion those people are worthless and completely inconsiderate. Sorry I didn’t read the sign of when they close, I was in a rush just like every other human on this earth that has children and works full time! I’d never spend another cent in there. And I have to go back tomorrow to get my basket. Because my clothes were left outside in a bag."

"This is by far the worst laundromat within a fifty mile radius of Washington. First of all it smells terrible within all the machines smell dirty the whole place smells musty. The machines also don't accept quarters easily you have to force them in, which is a problem that could be easily fixed with maintenance, and they have signs telling you "don't force quarters if one doesn't work use another and use that one in the dryer". Their coin machine is difficult to remove quarters from. Their large washer costs 7.50 and it barely holds a single large hamper. All of the dryers are useless I split my two hampers of laundry between 8 dryers evenly factoring weight and dampness and gave them all 40 minutes and they still came out slightly damp. Their is another laundromat 5 minutes down the road in the center of Washington right next to wells Fargo bank that outclasses this one in every regard. The only reason I came here is because Coco's was packed I'll never make that mistake again worst $30 for two hampers mistake I've ever made."

"I read a bunch of terrible reviews came here to give it a shot. I don't know why. The lady that's here is very nice and pleasant. She made a point to say goodbye when I was leaving with the clothes I got done folding. Place is clean they have supplies and stock for purchase I don't know why so many people are upset seems like a regular coin laundromat to me"

"Everyone needs to take a step back & realize that these are difficult times. Being kind to a new customer walking in the door for the first time would be top priority during this pandemic when business owners are trying to stay afloat not be rude and mean. That is not the way to win favorable reviews and gain customers. We walked out never to return again. With treatment such as we received is totally uncalled for. Maybe her business is so lucrative that gaining another happy satisfied customer is not on her agenda!"

"Very Helpful attendent. 4 diffrent capacity washers and 2 dryers. Normal clothing load was dry in 20-30 minutes"
