Welcome to the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge Admin Building and Visitor Contact Station! Nestled at 11 Kimbles Beach Road in Middle Township, New Jersey, our park offers a serene escape into nature, where visitors can immerse themselves in the beauty and diversity of local wildlife. Our refuge is designed to support a range of wildlife-dependent activities across three distinct divisions, each offering unique experiences for nature enthusiasts.

Our headquarters, located at 24 Kimbles Beach Road in Cape May Court House, is open on weekdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm, providing information and resources to enhance your visit. Meanwhile, our nature trails and observation areas welcome guests daily from sunrise to sunset, with convenient parking available at all sites.

Explore our four scenic hiking trails, each winding through diverse habitats and offering excellent opportunities for wildlife observation. Discover the Cedar Swamp Trail in the Great Cedar Swamp Division, or wander along the Woodcock and Songbird Trails in the Delaware Bay Division. For breathtaking views, visit the Dune Trail at the Two Mile Beach Unit, complete with observation platforms perfect for spotting wildlife, especially during the vibrant spring and fall seasons.

For those interested in seasonal activities, designated areas of the refuge permit deer hunting and migratory game bird hunting under strict State and Federal regulations. Please note that pets must be on a short, hand-held leash in the Delaware Bay and Great Cedar Swamp Divisions, and are not permitted at the Two Mile Beach Unit.
