"Dirty, machines constantly broken down, overpriced, and has horrendous staff. Andrea, the one who seems to live there, is very rude and disrespectful. Harasses customers and is overall extremely unprofessional. Update to owners reply: First off you don’t know me, and if you do that’s strange because I’ve never seen you or met you before since you’re never in there. Secondly I’ve been harassed multiple times by Andrea inside of your business for absolutely no reason. I’m just trying to wash my clothes. Thirdly if this is how you reply to a disgruntled customer (who used to use your establishment on a regular basis and has since stopped going there to avoid harassment) then shame on you. The grudge she holds against me has clearly been fabricated in her head because she’s never been able to give me a straight answer as to what I did to offend her, so go ahead and let your business suffer at the hands of an old hag who can’t see past her nose. Every time I’ve gone into your establishment I’ve gone to a washer to do laundry and then leave, it’s your employee who comes up to me and gives me issues. We weren’t in the store for 30 seconds before she got in me and my husband’s face over nothing. Finally, you know the shape your business is in, and anyone who goes there knows I’m calling a spade a spade. If your washers are never broken and your place is never dirty then how are there so many comments saying otherwise."
"I drive about an hour to come here. First time was yesterday morning about 2am. There is no 24 hour laundry where I live and I work midnights so I'm usually up during un-regular business hours. This is an honest, un-biased opinion about this place. I thought it was a pretty nice place to get my stuff done. I arrived about 2am and there was no one there. But it was well lit and completely open to walk right in and do your business. The quarter machine worked well. The place was clean and neat. It does look dated and not perfect. But it is a clean safe place to do your laundry. After all, an unmanned 24 hour a day business can be hard to stay on top of because there are so many customers that don't take care of the place like they would if someone was watching. So I always throw a bone to the owners of an establishment like this. Most machines were up and running. Minus, I think 3 machines were down. However they were clearly marked "out of order". I washed a large load of microfiber towels. The initial heavy wash plus full rinse cost only $2.50 and then I did an additional wash with no soap and double rinse which was $3.00. So a Toal of $5.50 for the whole smash. Not bad at all IMO. It should be noted however that I used the top load smaller machines for my needs. The upright front load machines were a bit more expensive. I think it was $6.00 for a full wash with those machines but don't quote me on that. It could have been a bit cheaper. I just don't remember. There is a single bathroom to use for customers which was nice. The bathroom needs some updating but is totally usable. It has a large tub style sink with fresh hand wash soap and towels to dry your hands. The biggest negative I found was that there was only two choices when it came to buying detergent from the dispenser on the wall. I was seeking a detergent with no perfumes, dyes or bleach and that is not available from the machine on the wall. It also cost $1.25 for the small box of Tide I purchased. So a little more variety would have been nice. But not a deal breaker. All in all a great place to do your laundry in a pinch or in general if you have the need for off hours cleaning like myself. A safe location in St. Marys at any hour. I'll be coming back here for the foreseeable future. Thanks to the owner for keeping the place tidy and clean. As I know that can be a challenge with the nature of such a business."
"Half or more of the washing machines were out of order. The place was disgustingly dirty. There was human hair all over the floor like someone got a hair cut in there. The A/C didn't work, the fans on the wall are clogged up. If you are a military member stay away from this place and you should report the as a place for military members to stay away from. Put them on the list !!!"
"Wash your own clothes is available 24 hours. You can always get quarters out of the machine if you need them. They have different types of machines to choose from and it's convenient for large items that don't fit in your home machine. Although I must admit that a few times I've had to wash a machine with no load before using, it's still the best laundromat around. You will find a restroom with a large utility sink if you need it. You might have to bring your own toilet paper. Bathrooms not the cleanest but it's not the worst either. They have nice rolly carts and large tables where you can fold your clothes . And you might want to check under the seal of the front loaders because you might find some change or other things you don't want rattling around with your clothes. But, hey, you might get a free wash with the change you find :)"
"Update: I had to re-wash two loads, one because the washer added dirt, the other because cigarette butts came out of the dryer with my sheets. The cigarette butts fit into the wholes in the dryer basket. I also noticed three more butts on the floor afterward. The place is 24 hours. The machines are broken and dirty. The facility is dirty. The seats are uncomfortable. The Wee Pub has basically placed a smoking pad on the sidewalk next door."
