"I have been renting with this company for almost 3 years. The communication is horrendous. If they answer they are always rude. They claimed to send email reminders to renew for the 2024-2025 year and I never recieved any. They never called to ask if I was planning to. I didnt know the renewal deadline. When I called to ask, they told me they rented my unit already. Now, after springing that on me, they expect me to pay a FULL months rent for the 15 days of July I will be there. Never, with any other company have I had to pay a full months rent if the lease ended early in the month. It has always been a prorated rent for the days I was there. It is highway robbery!!! This company should be ashamed of their communication and borderline theft."

"poor communication. If they answer the phone, they are unkind and unwilling to help you solve any problems. Maintenance is good when you can get them out here. Sadly like most other places, Property Mart is only after your money. Even if you find someone to sublease your place, it is difficult to actually make that happen. Saying they will not allow me to terminate my lease because they can't, and then terminating a lease of a neighbor of mine is wild. Just plain lying. Charging 65 dollars for water in a one bedroom is ridiculous. This place takes advantage of college students, and their money. Also if you have any ESA or a service animal expect to be illegally charged for them being with you until you threaten a lawyer. Loved the apartment itself, I liked the neighborhood, and most of the other occupants. Just be careful with this management."

"So far so good, been renting with them for 18 months and it has gone very well. With no real need to contact or get anything fixed until now, things have gone smoothly. Our AC was blowing hot and just hours later we had HVAC people cleaning it out. It was wonderful, especially for our first time having to reach out."

"Extremely unresponsive. Have tried calling for two weeks and left multiple messages. No one answers or returns calls. If this is how they are when you're looking for a property, I can only imagine how bad it must be for their tenants. Nice how someone responded to this negative review patronizing me instead of calling in response to any of my multiple voice-mails. What a joke!"
