"Waited about month for 2 shorts to be taken up then when I got there at 12:30 to pick up my order they were closed being that is not at all the hours they have posted. While there I noticed the owner I’m assuming all she said is yeah I’m closed when I asked her why her hours say something different she ignored me unlocked the door went inside and locked door behind her. This is no way to treat your customers especially when they’ve waited on you so long to get order completed"

"There is an obvious stain on my brand new dress. I am not very happy since I am wearing it to a wedding. I also got it back without it pressed on the seams where it was sewn. I will find a new location for alterations."

"Call me old fashion, but when a customer walks in, instead of walking pass them, addressing or knowledging them is a good business idea. Another suggestion for your line of business is to have a referral list during your "busy" seasons. Share the love! Telling me to Google it, is not good customer service."

"I had 2 appointments and was able to call and change both due to unforeseen circumstances. It’s prom season and everyone wants to wait to have their dresses altered until the day before. My wedding dress looked amazing once it was altered. I couldn’t have asked for better, quicker, and more professional seamstress. Thank you!"

"I broke the zipper on my costume on Halloween. It was my daughter's first Halloween and we had a family costume. I tried fixing it myself, but I couldn't find the right size zipper anywhere. I called and explained the situation and they told me to bring it in to see what they could do. They fixed it while I was waiting, and the charge was cheaper than the zipper repair kit would have been. They saved our family costume and we had a fantastic Halloween. I swear the custome is nicer now that they fixed it. The zipper they put on is WAY better than th original. Plus, the two ladies working were super nice! I definitely recommend them!"
