"Terrible service, I took a jumpsuit a couple of months ago to have it fixed, they never called me to pick it up and when I went to pick it up they had not done the work and they also stole the zipper that I bought from them to fix it."

"This place deserves 0 stars!! This was by far the WORST customer experience I have ever had! Sandra (I think this was her name) made me feel awful about my body, gave her unwanted opinions on the dress (just reiterating that she doesn’t like it and she doesn’t have to wear it), was trying to do unnecessary things to the dress so in her opinion would make it look better and so she could charge me for it and even told me that I was a terrible customer all because I called and asked when the dress would be ready. She said it would be ready the day before my event which wasn’t going to work for me due to my event being 3 1/2 hours away. It was also very highly charged. All I had done was some length taken off the bottom and less than an inch in the shoulders. This place came highly recommended and I’m VERY, VERY disappointed in the customer service I received. 0/10! I will never recommend or return here."

"They did a good job. Price was fair. Friendly staff. Work was done on time & I received a call that dress was ready. Needed a sleeveless dress altered because the armholes were too big & low, didn't like bra showing. It fit so much better after they altered it."

"This was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Not only did she make me feel awful about my body but gave extremely rude options on what I needed to do. Right when I walked in to ask to get my alterations done, they all sat there, laughed at me, and talked amongst themselves. I would never go to this place again in my life!! AWFUL!!!!!!"

"Bring cash, preferably exact change. They do not accept card. This is usually where I go to get all of my clothes altered. Their work is pretty good however it takes a really long time. So make sure when you go you are very clear about when you want the Garment to be done by. I dropped off a dress that I wanted to have altered. I didn't need it by any time so I just told them whenever I could get done and I got a call back saying it was done about three months later. Now I just tell them I need it back in a week and I get it back in that time. I think their prices have gone up recently, I paid about $20 for a suit jacket to be taken in about an inch. I think this is a bit expensive although I'm sure it is cheap compared to others in the area."
