"Listings state a 130 dollar processing fee at lease signing which is a bit above normql but seems fine. But after you fill out the application Rachel messages you with a bunch of requirements, one of which os 30 dollars per person for a background check as if beenverified isn't a 20 dollar monthly fee lol. In short, reeks of some non refund scam and they want you to essentially give them 200 dollars for the "free" app fee."

I would not recommend these ppl for nothing.. i moved out of a place I was renting and was told by the owner of the place I was renting I would have to contact Rachel to get my deposit back and I did and she was totally rude with me about it tould me she would have to talk to her boss about that witch stated in the contract that long as nothing was damaged inside the house that I would receive my deposit back well guess what it's been a month and a half still they won't answer my calls and still haven't received my deposit back.. like I said these ppl are crooks.. oh and she also said she would call me back after talking to her boss to let me know about my deposit still ain't received that call..."

"These people came through in my crazy situations and found me my home. From the long drives here, I might have been late a few times, Aria Reese came through every time on point......she did an amazing job. I can not even explain how much she has helped me.
