"I can’t say enough great things about the Inn. David & April are amazing hosts. I felt like I knew them forever. The Inn is absolutely beautiful inside & outside. All the comforts of home. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets and comforter were butter soft I want to buy them for my own bed! We like it cold when we sleep and it was nice to be able to turn the thermostat down to where we like it. Unlike at a hotel where it won’t go below 73. I highly recommend staying at the Edenfield Inn you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back!"
"We stopped here on the way to North Carolina from Florida. We had stopped here two years ago and decided to make a return visit. Pleasantly we were greeted by the new owner, David, we were pleasantly surprised that the place was kept much better than before. If you are ever going by this way, be sure to stop in for a night or two. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast."
"I was impressed. I had a small 2-day fire alarm project here in Swainsboro. The only place worth staying is this bed & breakfast. The hotels are sketchy and the other bed and breakfast is now a restaurant. Room - Spacious and immaculate. Squeaky clean. No bugs. Homely feel. Bathroom - squeaky clean. No mold or mildew. Location - safe and secure. Walking distance from the town square, which has good eateries. There’s a Super Walmart less than 10 minutes away. Service - They cook breakfast for you. They have TV with HBO Max. Fast WiFi. The owners operate this place and are a wholesome nice married couple. Even helped me jump start my battery after I left the headlamps on. I highly recommend. If I’m ever down here or surrounding areas, I’m returning. You have to hope they have rooms available. I’m glad I stayed here on a last minute whim. Better than a hotel in my opinion."
"Gorgeous historic home, it feels like you traveled in time but with all the modern conveniences. David and April do a magnificent job making your feel welcomed and comfortable. The place is also spotless, great linens and towels, coffee area fully stocked, inviting sitting area, and traditional southern porches with lush ferns. We will definitely stay here again."
