"If you are looking for an agent to assist you in your purchase please do not do business with them. When my loan didnt pass underwriting Nancy stated my EMD was refundable and then wrote the contract to keep $1500 on a property that has sat for over a year. And when I asked to speak to her broker she very smuggly stated its her husband and shell see what happens. She has been rude an crasp during the entire process which is part of why I didnt fight to buy the property because neither agent was working on my behalf. Terrible experience for my first purchase. Dont do business with these people! Only to inform me that I was never a client and only a customer when she acted as my agent for 30 days and only withdrew herself when it was time to return my deposit."
