"**ZERO STARS** PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS BUSINESS. I placed and order for an arrangement to be sent to a local funeral home for an employee of our company that lost a family member. I received confirmation the order was received, being processed and the delivery date. After a week, when the employee returned to work, I learned flowers were NEVER delivered. I called the business and only got a voicemail. I contacted the business via email and I am awaiting a refund. I understand service failures happen, but after a week, someone from this company should have notified paid customers that their order would not be delivered. The hardest part of this, is knowing that our faithful employee went through this time of bereavement and was hurt thinking that the company he is employed with didn't care enough to send flowers. Thankfully he knows he is loved and valued and is now aware of all this. AFTER READING SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS, I MAY HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY AMERICAN EXPRESS, IF NO REFUND IS HANDLED ON FROM THE BUSINESS."
