"I’m not sure who was working the cash register Wednesday Oct 18th at 6pm but she was incredibly rude. My family spends over $200-$400 every time we go in there so we have big orders. Yesterday, no other customer was in there. The cashier had man friend who came in and tried to talk to her so I guess she was upset that she couldn’t stop what she was doing in the middle of ringing us up and go speak with him. The entire way through ringing us up she kept huffing and puffing and if we would ask a question, we got a really short answer with a hateful attitude. We will not be back to this location. Too many other locations nearby and too much money to be treated like an inconvenience."
"I went into the Fort Oglethorpe location today and was pretty disappointed with the experience especially with the cost of their products. They no longer sell full containers of laundry soap and when I mentioned it to the girl mixing my scent she totally disregarded my comment. Then they wouldn't make the scent booster to match my detergent even when they had to mix a number of scent boosters offered on the menu. Lastly, while standing with my kids watching her mix the detergent she mentioned I could go ahead and go pay though there was a line at the register and only one girl available to ring people up. When the cashier finished she was told by the girl mixing my laundry soap to ring me up. I wasn't finished with my shopping, but that let me know I had enough since I couldn't take a second from my shopping to watch her without being rushed to pay. This was my second experience like this, the first being when I went with my best friend to get her laundry soap a few weeks ago."
"I placed an order for a "loaf" of sample sized soaps to give as baby shower favors, and they turned out SO WELL. The manager Allison was incredibly helpful - I was able to organize the whole purchase, choose scent and colors, and even personalize the labels entirely by phone. This was a slightly more expensive option than another local choice, but the help I received, the attention to detail, the scent and color choice, and overall experience made it well worth it. Thank you, Allison!"
"The cashier was very friendly and helpful. She was more than willing even at closing time to answer all my questions. She even told me about rewards and gave me samples. I love the smell of their soaps. I'm actually excited because she said they can make my favorite scent into laundry soap or anything else. I've never tried their soaps or their laundry soaps either. I want to go back now and get more stuff. It is on the higher end but I have been told it's worth it. I'm hoping it's right. I will definitely go back."
