"Attempted multiple options (email/phone/FB message) to contact the company and/or owner. The phone number listed has a full mailbox, but they provide another number on that message. That secondary number has been disconnected. I am attempting to get my tax return, as my state taxes for another state were never filed. I appreciated the service when it was performed, but the last two weeks have tarnished that. Completely willing to change/edit this, should the firm/owner contact me."
"I do not like to write reviews as i understand some situations are beyond our control . However in this case i am frustrated as i have not received a response after numerous attempts to try and reach this company. I just found out our State taxes were not even filed and possible our federal. All i am looking for is for someone to call me so we can straighten this out. I went there in April to get our paperwork , sat there for over an 1 hour while they were trying to find ours as well as other customers. So if the company see this i have left my number on numerous platforms so please call me"

Most reviews are friends or employees. Has students in class write reviews for better ratings. Highly disappointed."
