"I went in to quickly get my taxes done. And the individual who helped me out was messing up numbers and letter that were crucial to get correct. I was constantly having to repeat and look at the screen myself to make sure and double check that the correct information was put into the system. An hour later we finally finish up the last of it and I leave 2 hours later I get a text from the individual helping me and he said to “please return to the HR block office to complete the paperwork for paying to get your taxes done. Thank you.” We already finished the paper work for the payment to come out of my taxes. I was on shift working and wouldn’t be done till after their office closes. I called in and asked why would I have to go in if he already placed the payment to be directly taken out from my taxes. He had messed up clicking simple buttons and reading the wrong thing. Talk about unprofessional. Yes I get that everyone messes up but this man has been here and worked here for quite some time and it’s definitely not his first day on the job."
