"This is the 2nd time I have received poor customer service (same person) and not even a sign of care. No smile, no thank you for your business, and no apology for shirts being returned because they were still dirty. She didn’t want to clean them again at no charge. I told her she was going to lose my business over $2 and she then took my shirts and threw them in my basket saying "go ahead." That is exactly what I am doing; I am taking my business elsewhere."

"The WORST! And def not a place to go if you are a person of color. I walked in to be greeted, not with positivity, but hostility. The older lady looked at me as if I didn't belong in her sight. When I glared back and said Hello I'm here to pick up my clothes, she then responded she didn't know. Uh... Ma'am. I could be a customer (which I was) or perspective consumer of your services. WHERE WAS THE GREETING? This is also after going to their other location in Opelika after they sent them there and didn't have my clothes prepared on time. So imagine the time I wasted. Never again. I highly recommend NOT using this business."

"Used them for months but then once they didn’t tag my clothes to be starched and wouldn’t take responsibility for it when I brought it up. I gave them another chance and everything came back with very poor work done on the press. Both jeans were stained from the poor starch and press job. Now I’m back to searching for somewhere that will press and starch properly."

"This place is terrible! I had 1 sport jacket black and white. 2 blouse black and white. The white on the shirt is now grey! I guess the black bleed into the white. 2 of these items previously been to another dry cleaning business. This didn't happen when they did it. I only used main street dry cleaner because it was convenient for me. They offered to redo it. But they wanted me to sign they are not responsible for the items if it worsen. NO THANK YOU! I hope that Atlanta can fix them. I am heading to a trip there. This trip I had plans on wearing these items. Now I can't thanks alot main street cleaners"
