"This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever come across. Do not work with Vince or his associates unless you want to miss your tax deadline. My mother worked with Vince back in October to have her taxes filed for 2023. She received confirmation from March-April that her taxes were on track. On 4/13, the Saturday night before taxes are due, she receives a call from a junior associate asking repetitive questions that were already been answered for Vince by my mom and her lawyer. She then hears nothing until 11:45pm on 4/15 when Joseph Samar calls to tell her that Vince’s business would not be handling her taxes and hung up. After calling back multiple times, the laughing secretary answers “Gino’s Pizza”. She still hasn’t received her tax documents as it appears the entire firm is now on vacation. Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect from Vince and his associates. Please be warned, would hate for someone else to go through this experience."
