"I have been going to this location back when it was Jackson Hewitt, switched to Greenwood Taxes and now Atax. Jerry and Robin have always been nice and helpful to me. Even last year after my dad passed, Jerry helped me so much that I didn’t feel stressed. I made an appointment for this year taxes at the office now called Atax with Ken. I showed for my appointment only for the office to never have opened! No call, no show, no notice, no nothing! (There was a maintenance man sitting there saying he was waiting for the office to open at 10:45am since 9am) I didn’t wait no more than 15 minutes and left. I went else where to get my taxes done.. I will never go back there seeing as how they were completely unprofessional in not evening calling back to cancel my appointment or call back to apologize. Don’t go to Atax, my advice."
