"I called today, albeit it is the Friday before Mother’s Day, to inquire about Tulips. I understand it is a stressful time (and we all have bad days) but the snappiness and curtness of the salesperson’s response was surprising to say the least. I would have bought an additional amount more of a different type of bouquet (as I did with your competitor Blossoms) but their interaction left a lot to be desired and I hung up abruptly because I didn’t want to respond in a manner I’d later regret. We’ve all had bad days and I’ll chalk up the experience to that but please, in future, be a tad more mindful when responding. Wishing your business success this Mother’s Day."

Apparently she doesn't have a website because you have to pay for them and she's been in business 47 years without one. Rather than try to help me correct this situation with a new flower order directly with her, she snapped at me about ordering online. I am not local, therefore how would I know she has no website?"

She was kind enough to assist with ordering an arrangement of flowers for a funeral. Without much notice she had the beautiful arrangement to the funeral home in time for the viewing.
