"I had a leak in the underground water pipe caused by roots from an oak tree. Dave Turner Plumbing came out on a Monday to review and fixed it on Thursday. They were very responsive and very cost effective. Greatly appreciated. I will use them for other services."

"I would give them a 0 star if I could. Technician was extremely rude and refused to give me a price before starting the job as he said, "I don't know what else might happen while I'm in there so the price can change". It's a garbage disposal replacement!!! You aren't plumbing a house with old existing lines that may or may not fail in the near future. He then told me that the bottom line price was in-between $250 and $300. Again, I told him to stop giving ranges and give me a concrete price. Unsurprisingly, he chose $300. He then proceeded to tell me that I'd have to pay first and then I'd receive the invoice showing the breakdown. Not a single tradesman out there that I know of operates like this unless it's an emergency job and the client is offering a blank check! I've been around long enough to know when a business is operated by imbeciles. I respectfully declined his service and was immediately yelled at by the technician for accusing him of being unprofessional and incapable. I told him that if he has been doing this profession for long enough that he should be able to know how long a job will take, and if he can't then clearly he is unprofessional and uncapable. Immediately after I called the company's office line, left a respectful message asking to speak with a manage/supervisor but, never received a call back. I waited to receive a call before writing this to see if someone sensible would speak with me and handle this professionally but, nobody called. I don't recommend that people utilize their service and again would give them a 0 star if I could."

"Called this outfit to install a water filter. No "presite visit fee", no games. Installed the water filter in no time with a reasonable per hour charge UP FRONT. Don't fall for the local plumbers that charge you money just for the privilage of quoting you a job. Call Dave Turner and his crew!! Thank you!!"
