"It was a simple Job .No one would show up for .Close up the air conditioner in the window with insulation . Sean Irvine was referred to me on facebook after I was on a rant about the last guy not showing up after giving an estimate :( He came and took a look and told us the best way we could do it . With such a small job . He starting fee's was more than the job cost . Well we did the best we could with what he told us to do . ((No pics of that to keep our pride lol )). Sean came in and reinforced what we did , insulted it closed it up with molding . I never expected so much . For Free 99. Seeing we was dealing with water damage . Sean didn't charge us anything . If I could give ten stars I would . Knowing he was not going to charge me he could have just slapped it together . The Quality of Work he did for free shows and says so much . And then sharing the word of God Priceless !"
