"My wife and I met Bill Wiseley from Weichert Realtors at an open house when we were on the fence about selling and buying. Bill was very nice, had great positive energy, and was very welcoming. He gave me his card and from there, he quickly responded to all our questions and addressed all the concerns we had with whether it was the right time to sell and buy. We discussed what we were hoping to accomplish and Bill put us on track to make it happen. I believe communication is key in achieving quicker results and strong relationships. There was no “I don’t work weekends or after 5pm”. With Bill, it was “Here is my cell phone. Don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.” And that absolutely proved to be true. Considering the circumstances, I may have needed to reach out early, late, or on weekends. Bill always answered or called me back shortly. He also proved to be a true advocate for our best interests and needs. The process proved to be stressful with a few bumps in the road. Bill, understanding that this was a big adjustment for us, took the brute of that stress so we could focus on work and caring for our daughter. I don’t have the right words to express my family’s gratitude to Bill for making our forever home a reality, for being the rock when things were questionable, and never backing down to make sure things progressed forward."

"My soon to be ex hired Gina from Weichert (Washington Twp) who is clearly more interested in helping my wife in civil proceedings than selling the home. For months anyone who inquired in regard to the property were told it is under contract. It is not. (This coming directly from my wife) She will benefit from the home being foreclosed on rather than make any profit off the sale that would end up going to myself in a civil ruling as well as whatever is owed to her not one but two attorneys. Any calls I make to this agent are not returned and I was told by her responding by email to contact my wife's attorneys with any questions. Although this practice is probably not illegal it is unethical at the very least"

"This Real Estate Agency is a really good Company. Denise Greenwood is Really Great. She has been doing a Great job for me. She has been putting up with me because I am very picky with what I want in a House. I would Highly recommend her to anyone that I know is looking to Buy a House."

"We had a non-traditional estate sale, but that's no excuse for a realtor to provide practically no guidance. Our realtor refused to answer questions about paperwork needed...and worst of all he reminded me of how many other sales he had going on at the time if we did call him. To be very clear-we weren't blowing his phone up by any means. He had the audacity to direct the other parties involved in our sale to contact me personally with any questions regarding paperwork needed. I had to take time away from my full time job to do research on estate sales. We got to the point of just contacting the title agency directly to find out what they needed from us. This resulted in him chastising us via email about having "too many cooks in the kitchen". The final straw was him texting on the morning of that he couldn't be at the settlement table because "something came up". I am to believe he left us to our own devices that we'd figure out what to do without him, because he was getting paid either way. The communication was rude, and shoddy at best. I'm just very thankful we had a wonderful title company who was very understanding that we were working with a difficult realtor, or this sale would've never gone through."
