"We had actually been working with another real estate agent for about two months when we met Dan to tour a property. But after looking at a few houses with Dan, we knew that he was so much better than the agent we had. The other agent was a bit pushy, and also a bit sassy when we didn't want to look at a house he suggested or if we changed our minds about what we wanted. But Dan was none of those things. He always answered our questions and didn't make us feel stupid. He allowed us to change our needs as we went through the search, and he didn’t push us any way just because he wanted to make a sale. In fact, he stuck with us for 2 years! while we searched for a house in a very difficult market. What’s cool about Dan is that he seems genuinely interested in figuring out as much as he can about the homes we looked at. He never rushed us through a viewing. He always gave us a ton of information about each house when we looked at it, just from what he was picking up on during the walk through. We really liked this about him and we found it very helpful. I don’t think every agent is as well informed as Dan. Dan also was very quick to respond and schedule house tours. Sometimes we would tour a home the same day we asked Dan about it or the first day it went on the market. In a really competitive market, this was very helpful. We are so glad that we got to work with Dan, and would easily recommend him to others."
