"If I could leave negative Stars I would. The owner whose name is Ari is very good telling you what you want to hear and not the facts. He is very unprofessional and so were all of the previous 4 office managers that i had to deal with the 6 years I lived at a house they rented out on Paris Ave. in Brooklawn. Linda the current office manager takes the cake for the most unprofessional and rudest of them all. If I were anyone considering renting off of these people PLEASE DON'T!!! I can't go into detail because I'm talking to an attorney to file a lawsuit against them. I actually feel really sorry for the new tenants that have no clue how these people really are. I wouldn't rent from SNA properties if I were you and if you do please make sure you get a receipt for everything and instead of speaking to them over the phone make sure you get everything in writing! I wish they would be held accountable for the way they do their business! They are not honest people!!"
"Do NOT rent here. I repeat, do NOT rent here!!! This apartment should be deemed unlivable!!!! It has mouse infestation, as well as roaches!!!! You can do all that you can to keep your apartment, clean and tidy, and you will still see mouses around your apartment!!!! It’s truly disgusting living here!!!! Wish I can give them zero stars!!! I reported the problem so many times and nothing I’m still seeing them!!!"
