"Andrea is very very inexperienced and does not reply in a timely fashion. I believe this is her second part time job as she is never available during the day during the week. I am not happy writing this review but felt it needed to be shared because many weeks and months were wasted due to incompetence. I don’t know if it’s an availability issue, training issue (this seems most likely), lack of passion in their career, or something else. I am not sure but want to give the benefit of the doubt that it’s not all Andrea’s fault and hopefully she receives the proper training as I feel deep at heart she is a nice woman with good intentions. She just lacks the experience, skillset, and availability to be a good realtor. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars and not 1. Please train your employees with more vigor!"
