"This company allows thieves to work for them. I would be very careful giving deposits to them. Kathleen Deacon with her family business stole $4500 from my family. I have contracts and a copy of check to prove. I sent letter of intent to sue. They refused service. I notified this company about their agent and nothing, not even a response."

"This agency represented the seller in my transaction. My buying agent had to arrange the C of O at the last minute to ensure we could make our settlement date without delay (scheduling the C of O is the selling agents duty) We settled on 6/14/2019. As of 7/16/2019, my new home is still listed on Zillow as “For Sale.” I had to call this broker 3 times requesting the for sale sign to be removed from the yard, 3 calls and 2 weeks later, the sign was finally removed. Now I have to call them, yet again, and remind them to do their job and follow through on the transaction to get the listing removed from Zillow. My reply to your reply is: If the C of O date was known in advance by your team that it would happen after our scheduled settlement date, that information should’ve been provided to us prior to the day before our scheduled closing date. Also, I would like to point out that my home inspection was done on 5/14/19, 3 weeks after that would be 6/4/19, my closing date was 6/14/19, your timeline is incorrect. My agent couldn’t take your sign at the time of final walkthrough because she had to pick up my C of O, so that I could settle at my scheduled time. Please do some more research as I checked with Zillow and their response is below. The house still shows as an active listing. DO NOT blame my agent for your short comings and serious lack of follow through. Tanya H. "While i had always thought Keller Williams as a whole was an outstanding organization in my opinion, it was made painfully obvious in my most recent transaction as a buyer, that my agent did not have my best interest at heart, but rather the inerest of the seller. In addition, i also learned that some agents will make promises that are not kept just to get the sale. I will think twice about using or referring my friends, family or co-workers to agents from Keller Williams - Swedesboro."
