"If you’re looking for a real estate agent DO NOT USE Annabella Santos. She represents the Berkshire Hathaway - Fox & Roach agency located on Nassau Street in Princeton, NJ. If she thinks you’re not up to her standards she will lead you on during the phone conversation and then not do any of the promises of what she says she will do and never call you back. She did that to me as we discussed the purchase of a house I was helping my daughter out with. I presume I “didn’t measure up to her standards.” I was in sales and also was a sales trainer. This person is far from being any type of good salesperson. Apparently this is the quality, actually non-quality type of people within their agency. I wouldn’t wish this type of representation to my worst enemy! What I didn’t tell this person was that once I got my daughter settled into her place, is that I would then be buying a condo or townhouse for my residence. The hot shot that she thinks she is just lost two sales along with the agency she represents. There are hundreds and hundreds of real estate agents; it would behoove you to find someone who is truly in your corner, not one who makes you promises and then ignores you. There is no excuse such as she misplaced my phone number; her office had it and her cell phone logged it. Stay clear of her and the agency she represents. What a colossal waste of time. Also, cost me money. I wouldn’t recommend her or the agency she represents to my worst enemy."

"I guess we didn't have enough finances to find a home according to Robin Carter. Stopped answering my messages after I got sick early this year and just was reaching back out to her to let her know we was still looking for a home at the time in vineland. When she finally responded a couple of months later by email she told me she was kind of out of the real estate as an agent. I guess that was a lie? I try to give everyone a chance by the way I felt when I first dealt with her was right. I would recommend looking elsewhere before going to her."

"I am deeply saddened and heartbroken by the housing discrimination I experienced with BHHS Realtor, Lana Chan. I applied for one of her rental listings and on behalf of her client expressed interest in me as a tenant. Unfortunately, when she discovered that I was black, she no longer wanted to move forward with me and instead scheduled an open house for the upcoming weekend to find new applicants. I met every qualification except the color of my skin. Unfortunately, I cannot change that. What Lana doesn't know is that I am a good person, a mother of a sweet 5 year old, and a veteran elementary school teacher. She doesn't know that my current landlord would love for me to continue with him, but is willing to give a strong recommendation to my new landlord. She doesn't know that I am a former homeowner but recently divorced and need to rent temporarily. So what does Lana know? Lana knows that my NTN report is 95%, my credit score is excellent, I make over 2.5 times the amount of her listing, I have a clean background check, and I have $0 debt. Lana now knows that I am black. And since she made that discovery, she refuses to rent out her listing to someone who looks like me regardless of my qualifications. Racism is deeply rooted in our country so much so that even people who immigrate here have quickly learned who is at the bottom and treat them accordingly. My hope is that justice will be served. My hope is that Lana holds herself accountable for breaking the law. And if she has children, I hope they never have to experience a realtor like her when they are looking for a home."
