Purchasing this home was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a mortgage broker and bank, but the saving grace of this entire transaction was Joseph Valenti. "This agent showed my house. He damaged my door knob/lock and was laughing about it. It was all on camera. He was laughing about it like it was a joke. He tried to fix the door knob but when he couldn't fix it, he closed the door like that with a broken door knob, i had to enter the house through the back door. There was also a sign on the front door that showing agent and buyers should take off there shoes. This agent let the buyers walk through my house with their shoes on. Update: Dishonest. I knew that you have no integrity and you are going to lie in your response. The door knob was not broken, and if it was broken you would have seen it when you entered the house and open the door. I know a lot of you realtors have no integrity and would say whatever you need to get your commission. You were the only person who took off your shoes then you took it back on when you went upstairs (its in the pictures), your buyers didn't take shoes off and were walking with there shoes on all over my house. I have it all on camera. You didn't immediately call my agent, because i notified my agent first after you left. Then later on you called my agent. A lot of you realtors lie just like care sales man. All i am saying is a fact and i have video evidence for it. I wont have to bring up the pictures if you didn't fabricate and lie about the buyers taking their shoes off in your response."
