"Called Hi-Tech and talked to a very nice Lady named Karen, she took my information and what problems I was having with my Motorhome Generator.. When I arrived she was very responsive meaning she had to leave the office ..open the gate..Hi-Tech will not leave your coach outside..Directed me into the Garage..then went over my information again..Later that day one of there Technicians named Gilbert called to verify some things concerning my coach..so I told him I would come out there if that was ok..And Boy did I ever get a short training course on how that particular unit worked.. Different parts Regulator Brushes etc and assured me it would be Repaired. I felt really assured when I left.. 2 days later I received a call from the owner saying my coach was ready and the Good news was during the troubleshooting found some loose connections and had to clean some parts around the brush assembly etc anyways to make this long story short..They took good care of me and my coach and could have told me anything..as I couldn't find anyone else to look at it..and was ready to pay whatever amount to have it Repaired..
